Welcome to darydary. These Terms cover how you can use our service. Please take a minute to read them — and if anything's unclear, we're happy to help.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the darydary application and related services operated by darydary.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use darydary.

2. Your Account

•       You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

•       You are responsible for all activity under your account.

•       You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

•       Notify us at hello.darydary@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Service

darydary provides a social calendaring platform for viewing and managing calendar events, coordinating availability, and social scheduling. The Service integrates with third-party calendar providers via their respective APIs.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. Calendar Integrations

4a. Google Calendar

When you connect your Google account, you authorize darydary to access your Google Calendar data using the OAuth 2.0 scopes you grant. darydary's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and is limited to providing the core features of the Service.

You may disconnect your Google account at any time through app settings or Google Account security settings.

4b. Other Integrations

Your use of third-party services connected to darydary is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. darydary is not responsible for third-party services.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in darydary. By using the Service, you grant darydary a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

•       Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

•       Impersonate any person or entity

•       Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts

•       Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

•       Interfere with or disrupt the Service

•       Violate any third-party API terms in connection with your use of darydary

7. Intellectual Property

darydary and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as needed to use the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://darydary.app/privacy.

9. Fees

darydary currently offers a free tier. If we introduce paid features, we will notify you in advance and obtain your consent before charging you.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DARYDARY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DARYDARY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify darydary from claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, please contact us at hello.darydary@gmail.com first. Unresolved disputes shall be governed by binding arbitration under AAA rules in San Francisco, California. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app.

16. Changes

We will provide notice of material changes to these Terms before they take effect.
